  The excellent customer service of this company is hard to find now a days. Ali was amazing! I was trying to find something special for my husbands birthday and couldn’t find a basket that was just right. Ali took the time to work with me and make suggestions and adjustments. Once we finalized it, she sent me pictures for final approval. As promised, the basket was delivered to the hotel on time and my husband was surprised! I can never thank Ali and The Basketry enough for making everything work so well. I will be planning on using them again in the future!

  Great customer service, great quality of packaging and products too. Kristi helped me create a custom a gift box for my husband on our anniversary with very short notice and delivered it to our hotel in time for our check in. I highly recommend the Basketry to anyone looking to give a gift that will truly be appreciated by the recipient. Will use the Basketry again next time I'm in NOLA!
